About Redberry Labs

Unlocking enterprise AI autonomy.

Unlocking enterprise AI autonomy means making it safe for businesses to let AI agents act on their behalf. We turn “what if it fails?” and “is it compliant?” into clear, insured outcomes — so teams can deploy faster, with confidence.

The Problem

Current cover is not sufficient.

Traditional insurance wasn't built for systems that change their behaviour based on prompts, policies, and live context — where instructions function like executable code. Existing tech, E&O, and cyber lines either exclude these agent-driven failures or price them blindly, leaving enterprises exposed exactly where autonomy creates the most value.

Our Approach

Risk assessment per agent.

Procurement Agent

Approves purchases, manages vendor contracts

Accounts Payable Agent

Processes invoices, approves payments, manages vendor accounts

Logistics Agent

Routes shipments, dispatches carriers

We insure AI agents at the agent level, not the company level — because each agent has a distinct action surface, data access, and failure profile. We evaluate and price risk per agent using its specific permissions, tools, policies/prompting, and guardrails, so coverage reflects the actual runtime exposure rather than a generic “AI” label.

Leadership Team

Why we're the best.

We combine frontier AI research with proven insurance operators — so our products are technically grounded, regulator-ready, and built for real-world deployment.

Dr. Sophia Kalanovska
CEO
PhD in AI, second-time founder. Research focused on neural network explainability — deriving mathematical rules for feature importance. Co-built Tromero, a global GPU aggregation platform for inference and fine-tuning (acquired by a leading NeoCloud).
Dr. Charles Higgins
CTO
PhD in AI, second-time founder. Research focused on multi-agent reinforcement learning and avoiding high-risk regions during training. Co-built Tromero, a global GPU aggregation platform for inference and fine-tuning (acquired by a leading NeoCloud).
Jordan Rollins
Head of Product Engineering
Ships zero-to-MVP products at speed. Builds across modern full-stack systems (React/TypeScript + Node/Postgres) and brings early insurance claims experience, giving him a practical lens on evidence, auditability, and incident resolution flows.
Alexander Tsetsenekos
COO
Architected and led Tesla Insurance, served as VP & GM at LexisNexis, and held senior specialty roles at Zurich — with deep expertise in embedded insurance beyond broker-only distribution.
