This Privacy Policy describes how Redberry Labs collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the platform and services at app.redberrylabs.com. By using the platform, you agree to the practices described here. Last updated: February 22, 2026.

What we collect

Information you provide

  • Account information — your name, email address, phone number, job title, and company name when you register
  • Insurance application data — information about your organisation, the AI systems you deploy, your deployment practices, and the risk profiles of the agents you submit for evaluation
  • Claims data — details you provide when submitting or managing an insurance claim
  • Payment information — payment details you provide are processed by third-party payment processors; Redberry Labs does not store your full payment credentials

Information collected automatically

When you use the platform, we automatically collect device and usage data, log data (including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited), and information through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from insurance partners (carriers and reinsurers) and from publicly available sources, where relevant to underwriting or claims.

How we use it

Redberry Labs uses your information to:
  • Provide and improve the platform and insurance services
  • Conduct underwriting, issue policies, and manage claims
  • Send transactional communications about your account, policy, and claims
  • Perform analytics to improve our risk models and services
  • Detect and prevent fraud and maintain platform security
  • Meet legal and regulatory compliance obligations
  • Send marketing communications where you have not opted out — you can opt out at any time by contacting privacy@redberrylabs.com

How we share it

Redberry Labs shares your information only in the following circumstances:
  • Insurance partners — we share relevant information with carriers, reinsurers, and other insurance partners to underwrite and administer your policy
  • Service providers — we share information with vendors who support platform operations, under contractual data protection obligations
  • Legal requirements — we disclose information when required by law, regulation, or a valid legal process
  • Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction
  • With your consent — in any other circumstances where you have given explicit consent
Redberry Labs does not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We retain your personal information for the duration of your policy, plus any additional period required by applicable statutes of limitations and regulatory requirements. After that period, we delete or anonymise the data.

Security measures

Redberry Labs protects your information using:
  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Access controls that limit who can view your data internally
  • Regular security assessments
  • An incident response plan to address any data security events
No system is completely secure. If you become aware of a security concern related to your account, contact privacy@redberrylabs.com immediately.

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:
  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements
  • Portability — receive a copy of your information in a structured, machine-readable format
  • Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your information in certain circumstances
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests
  • Withdraw consent for processing that is based on your consent
